1. Data Collection

Personal Data You Provide

Name: Optional, for personalization.
Email Address: Mandatory for account creation and critical updates.
Country: To verify eligibility and governing jurisdiction.
Payment Details: Processed via Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat. Note: We do not store your payment credentials on our servers.

Usage Data

Login timestamps and session duration.
Feature engagement (which AI tools and market charts you access).
Network data: IP address, device type, and OS for security and performance auditing.

2. Analytics & Tracking

We use industry-standard tracking technologies to improve your experience and measure platform performance:

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@souqview.ae. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

To provide our services, we use the following vetted third-party providers:

Supabase: Infrastructure, database, and authentication.
RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing.
Resend: Transactional email delivery.
Google (Gemini AI): Processes AstroGPT chat messages and stock queries to generate AI-powered market analysis. Only your chat message text and referenced stock symbols are sent. No personal account data is shared.
Groq: Provides fast AI inference for AstroGPT's Fast Chat mode. Same data scope as above — only chat messages and stock context are transmitted.

7. AI-Powered Features

SouqView's AstroGPT feature uses third-party artificial intelligence services to process your queries and provide market analysis. When you use AstroGPT:

What Data Is Sent

Your chat messages, referenced stock symbols, and selected analysis mode (Fast Chat or Research).

Who Receives This Data

Google (Gemini AI) and Groq.

What Is NOT Sent

Your email, name, payment information, or any other personal account data.

How Data Is Used

Solely to generate responses to your queries. We do not use your chat data for training AI models.

User Consent

The app requests your explicit consent before any data is sent to these AI services.

Both Google and Groq maintain their own privacy policies governing how they handle data received through their APIs.
