Welcome to SouqView — the UAE's first AI-powered stock intelligence platform. SouqView is owned and operated by i71, a UAE-registered entity.

These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of SouqView ('Platform', 'we', 'our', 'us'). By accessing or using SouqView, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and AI Disclaimer. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Platform Purpose & No Fiduciary Duty

SouqView is a globally built financial analytics platform that delivers real-time and delayed stock data, AI-generated insights, disclosure summaries, and market intelligence for publicly listed companies across multiple markets.

Not an Advisor

We are not a regulated broker, investment advisor, or licensed financial institution. SouqView is designed for educational and informational purposes only.

No Fiduciary Relationship

You agree that no fiduciary relationship is formed between you and i71. We act solely as a data provider, not as a partner in your financial wellbeing. You maintain full control and responsibility for your investment decisions.

2. Use of AI

SouqView uses proprietary AI to provide projections, sentiment scoring, and summaries. By using our AI tools, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • AI 'Hallucinations': You acknowledge that Generative AI models may occasionally produce 'hallucinations' — content that appears factual but is fabricated or incorrect. You agree to verify all AI outputs against official exchange filings before taking action.
  • Projections, Not Guarantees: All AI outputs, including directional ratings and price targets, are probabilistic projections based on historical data. They are not guarantees of future performance.
  • Latency: AI analysis may not account for breaking news or market shocks occurring in real-time.

3. Gamified Trading & Prizes

Simulation Disclaimer

All trading activities on the SouqView platform are simulations and do not involve real currency or actual market execution.

  • XP, Levels, and virtual balances have no real-world monetary value.
  • Any "cash prizes" or rewards mentioned within the gamification system are virtual incentives and cannot be withdrawn as legal tender.
  • Competition rankings are for educational and entertainment purposes only.

4. Market Data & Service Availability

SouqView obtains market data through authorized third-party providers. We are not directly affiliated with the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). All data, insights, and AI-generated outputs are provided by SouqView, a product of i71.

Force Majeure: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. i71 is not liable for service interruptions, data delays, or failures caused by cloud provider outages, third-party API failures, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

5. IP Protection & Restrictions

i71 retains full proprietary rights over AI systems, chart layouts, design structures, and branding. You strictly may NOT:

Copy, clone, or scrape platform content
Sell paid signals using our data
Develop bots or APIs based on SouqView
Reverse engineer any part of the platform
Use for non-personal commercial use
Impersonate others or spread misinformation

6. Limitation of Liability

CRITICAL: Please read this carefully

  • Cap on Liability: i71's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
  • Free Users: Liability limited to AED 0.
  • No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
